As you should have already worked out from its name, Typefaster Typing Tutor is a typing tutor, in open code, that works both if you want to write quickly on the keyboard, and if you just want to perfect your technique.
With the writing method in Typefaster Typing Tutor you will learn to write without looking down, with eight fingers and a thumb. It makes you perfect each of the exercises before moving to the next, and you can see the results in a short time. This way, with Typefaster Typing Tutor your progress is assured, and in fewer megabytes of space!! Typefaster accessible is for blind users, there is a full Spanish version also, and it even includes a 3D game to help you relax. There is also full teacher class support.
This typing/mechanography program supports French, German, Portuguese, US-Dvorak, US-English, Hebrew, Numeric-keypad and more. It is an open source project which means you can modify any part of it via the source code which you can find on the author's website. It is very easy to download, install and then use, through its friendly and intuitive user interface. You don't need any technical experience at all to get the most out of it.
